Very nice villa abd its bungalow with a nice seaview, newly renovated, ideally situated in a residential area very close to the city center and the beach.  
Composition: kitchen, 4x bedroom, 3x bathroom, WC, living room  
Amenities: iron & ironing board, bed linen & towels, washing machine, 2x dishwasher, cable tv, terrace, satellite tv, air conditioning, garden, free wireless internet, private parking, free cot in the apartment, private pool, no parties, private entrance, 3x shower, 4x toilet, 2x queen size bed, 2x double bed, single bed, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, double sofa, big screen tv.  
The villa and its bungalow are at 850 meters from the beach and 1,5 kms from all the shops, restaurants, the golf, casino, the local weekly market and the marina.  
Guarantee deposit of 2000 euros to be left upon arrival (given back the last day), cleaning fees of 200 euros to be paid upon arrival, and a tourist tax of 5% ot the global amount (with a maximum of 4 € per adult per night except for airbnb bookings which include them in the quote) to be paid at the booking).
