Very nice villa,ideally located in a residential area very close to the city center and the marina.  
Composition: 2x bedroom, bathroom, WC, living room  
Amenities: iron & ironing board, bed linen & towels, washing machine, dishwasher, cable tv, terrace, satellite tv, air conditioning, private parking, free cot on request, safe deposit, smoke detectors, private pool, no parties, private entrance, location garden view, location pool view, enhanced cleaning practices, garden, free wireless internet, shower, queen size bed, double bed, sofabed.  
No access to the mezzanine whose stairs are dangerous.  
The villa is at 2 kms from the beach and 1,5 kms from all the shops, restaurants, the golf, casino, the local weekly market and the marina.  
Guarantee deposit of 1000 euros to be left upon arrival (given back the last day), cleaning fees of 140 euros to be paid upon arrival, and a tourist tax of 5% of the total amout up to 4€ per adult per night (except for airbnb bookings which include them in the quote) to be paid at the booking.
