Very nice villa with 2 bedroom and 3 double bed for 5 persons ideally situated in a residential area of villas at 300 meters from the beach and 5 kms from the center of the city (local market, restaurants, bars, marina, casino, golf).  
Composition: kitchen, 2x bedroom, 2x bathroom, WC, living room  
Amenities: iron & ironing board, bed linen & towels, washing machine, 2x dishwasher, cable tv, terrace, air conditioning, outdoor parking, enhanced cleaning practices, cleaning chemicals that are effective against coronavirus used, linen and towels washed in at least 60°c/140°f, garden, free wireless internet, 2x shower, toilet, 2x double bed, sofa, sofabed, big screen tv, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer  
Guarantee deposit of 800 euros to be left upon arrival (given back the last day), cleaning fees of 70 euros to be paid upon arrival. Tourist tax 0.9€/night/adult to be paid at the booking (except for airbnb which includes it in the total price).
