We really liked the apartment, it was nice and clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was a nice addition. We would definitely stay there again.
One inconvenience was that the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn’t work.

Excellent hotel! The whole hotel was very clean and tidy and smelt lovely. The room was very nice - large room, bed very comfortable and a good shower. There's a pillow menu to choose your pillow and you can even order a sleep mask from reception.
Breakfast was lovely with a great choice, ranging from several egg dishes, sweet options like pancakes and waffles and healthier options like granola and smoothy bowls.
The hotel is also in a great location, with lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. It's also easy to get to old town either on foot, via the subway, or via Uber which are very reasonably priced.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Our family had an excellent stay at The Birks Hotel. The hotel, restaurant and rooms were all beautiful. The food at Henri was excellent, as was the service. Both our rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. All staff were helpful, friendly and polite. We hope to visit again soon!
