Obwohl es ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen ist, sind ein Supermarkt, Bäcker und Gemüseladen ganz in der Nähe. Das Highlight war die gigantische Wysteria, die die Terrasse vor Sonne und Regen beschützt. Genoten van de heerlijke tuin met groot terras. Keuken compleet. Airco in de woonkamer en de slaapkamer boven. Kamers beneden blijven redelijk koel door de luiken die voor de ramen zitten. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar, fijn contact. Mooie omgeving, leuke uitstapjes gedaan. We hadden de fietsen bij en op korte afstand is een mooie fietsroute de Via Ardeche, een aanrader! Quelques petites choses sont à améliorer toutefois, la robinetterie est très vieille dans SDB du bas, manque des grands verres, la poêle colle, les évacuations refoulent dans la maison à l'étage quand on se sert du lavabo il faut refaire couler dans la douche et en bas quand on fait marcher le lave-linge, manque d'éclairage dans la pièce à vivre, la hotte n'est pas raccordée et souffle dans la cuisine et la VMC est raccordée à l'envers donc elle souffle dans SDB du haut. Avec quelques petites modifications cette maison est vraiment parfaite pour 4 personnes, agréables dans quartier calme. ##### MARIE S. Elle est à la fois simple et fonctionnelle. Très bien placée pour le départ des activités ainsi que la proximité des magasins. L'endroit est très calme malgré un petit vis à vis. La location a été complétement rénovée, elle est spacieuse et offre une superbe terrasse au calme avec un très beau paysage. De plus elle est située à côté d'aubenas et les différents sites touristiques (vallon, ruoms) sont accessibles rapidement. N'hésitez pas pour vos vacances!! ##### Matthieu V. ---
