Wi-Fi. Air conditioning. Linens and towels are optional and available upon request. The accommodation: The apartment, located 150 meters from Les Lecques beach, is fully air-conditioned. It is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful new residence with an elevator. The building is of very high quality. The entrance opens directly onto a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto the dining area and the living room, which features a sofa bed for relaxing (which can be converted to sleep 5 if needed). A 15 m² terrace extends the space. We have set up a table and chairs for enjoying a delicious aperitif and family vacation meals. The apartment has two bedrooms. The first offers a 160 x 190 cm double bed and a storage wardrobe. The second is equipped with a pull-out bed, providing two single beds, ideal for children, for example. Finally, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with a single sink, a shower, and a heated towel rail. A bonus is access to the shared swimming pool between 9 \[hidden\] and 8 \[hidden\] (please note: capacity is limited to 10 people) and a gate directly overlooking the Promenade Rose and Les Lecques beach, 150m away. Parking: Two parking spaces are available in the basement (Nos. 70 and 71). Amenities: Air conditioning; Wi-Fi; television; washing machine; dishwasher; oven; microwave; toaster; Dolce Gusto coffee machine; kettle; ceramic hob; TV; sound bar; clothes dryer; extractor hood; blender. Furnished tourist accommodation classification: 4 stars Environment: Les Lecques Beach is a large, fine-sand family beach. Walk along the promenade to discover its sublime stretch of sand, nearly 2 km long, and its postcard-perfect views. You can also enjoy restaurants and shops. The beachfront establishments on Les Lecques Beach are also open from April to October. Water sports are available in the bay: sailing, diving, sea kayaking, paddleboarding, windsurfing, and jet skiing. Bed linens and towels: Optional upon request (€25 for a double bed kit and €15 for a towel kit with one large and one small towel per person). Blankets are provided in the accommodation if needed (ideal in the off-season). Housekeeping: This is included in your reservation and a cleaning company will come after your departure. L'appartement est très bien: propre, très joliment décoré, bien équipé, belle terrasse, bonne orientation (soleil le matin puis à l'ombre à partir de midi, très appréciable en été!). Et surtout proche de tout à Saint-Cyr; boulangerie et Spar juste à côté de la résidence, plage à 5mn à pieds, restaurants et centre de Saint-Cyr également... Nous avons posé la voiture et pu faire quasi tout à pieds!Il reste 2 éléments à signaler concernant cet appartement:- il y a une piscine dans la résidence. Très jolie et accessible facilement. Néanmoins elle est inutilisable puisqu'il y est interdit de tout faire (pas le droit de sauter, de plonger, de s'arroser, de jouer avec un ballon, de prendre une bouée... même de jouer à côté). Une dame habitant dans l'immeuble veille à à ce que toutes les règles soient respectées et passe son temps à faire la police auprès de tout le monde. Epuisant... Nos enfants n'y sont allés qu'une seule fois en 2 semaines n'ont plus jamais voulu y retourner, et nous non plus... vraiment dommage car la piscine constituait un vrai plus...- la climatisation était en panne quand nous y étions (fin Juillet). Ils l'ont remplacé par des climatiseurs d'appoint qui refroidissaient très bien les pièces mais qui étaient bruyants et nous obligeaient à garder la fenêtre ouverte pour le tuyau, nous empêchant de fermer complètement les volets mécaniques. Le réveil était donc très matinal avec la lumière du jour. ##### Camille L.
