SAINT CYPRIEN PLAGE - Ideal location for this T2 apartment 100 m from the beach.
Terrace, collective parking, swimming pool (opening subject to prefectoral measures) and direct beach access.
(Swimming pool closed by prefectoral decree during the 2023 season). Due to the current state of drought in the Pyrénées Orientales, we are subject to water restriction measures dictated by prefectoral decree and therefore cannot guarantee in advance authorization to open the swimming pools during the 2023 season.

This 1st-floor apartment comprises
Entrance hall, shower room, separate toilet, living room with TV and sofa, fully-equipped kitchenette (TOP fridge, ceramic hob with hood, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave), bedroom with window and 140cm bed.
The 7 m2 covered terrace, arranged so as not to be overlooked, lets you admire the splendid view over the residence's wooded grounds, the communal swimming pool (25 x 12 m, 120-220 cm deep) open from 15/06 to 15/09 (subject to prefectoral measures) and the sea.
Close to a mini-market (handy for small errands), this vacation rental is ideal for its location: beach, pool, shops, sports activities (Grand Stade des Capellans offering tennis, padel, fitness, bodybuilding) and recreation (Aqualand).
