In the heart of Capellans, in a quiet, pedestrian area, this fully air-conditioned 2-bedroom house (2025 m²) measures approximately 39 m². Ground floor + 1 bedroom, sleeps 4/6. Beautiful west-facing courtyard (approx. 40 m²) with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. On the ground floor, the main room has reversible air conditioning, a TV, and a 160 cm sofa bed. An open-plan kitchen area includes a 3-burner induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a washing machine, and a fridge-freezer. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe (rev. air conditioning), and a second bedroom with a double bed and a chest of drawers (rev. air conditioning). A lovely shower room (shower cubicle) and a separate toilet. Ironing facilities, a clothes horse, and a vacuum cleaner are provided. The accommodation is pleasant and bright (bay window). Secure parking is available. 117 is available. Residence in the marinas, halfway between the port and shops, and 400m from the beach. Ideal for family vacations. RES.
