Very nice 26 m² studio with balcony facing south for 4 people located on the ground floor of the residence Bois des Coqs I in Chantemerle. It is about 300 meters far from shops and slopes. The apartment has an outdoor parking.  
  
You will find in the apartment:  
\-A kitchenette equipped with all the necessary to cook.  
\- Living room with pull-out sofa bed, TV  
\- A corner mountain (2 bunk beds)  
\-Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet  
Access to a private ski locker.  
  
Services not included in the tariff:  
Towels, Bedding, Possibility to rent a baby kit, End of stay cleaning  
Non smoking apartment  
Pets allowed (40 € fee per animal)  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
