Living, Dining Room, Kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with large walk-in shower, separate toilet. Deck, small house in rubble with fireplace and barbecue, natural swimming. Sufficient parking on site. Facilities: Furnished and equipped, table / chairs / cupboards, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, fire extinguisher, washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooking (in bottle provided), TV (TNT), internet access, cot and highchair . Garden furniture. Sleeping and storage: 1 large double bed (king size 180 \* 200 cm, mattress in one piece) in the great room upstairs mezzanine + 1 double bed (140 \* 200 cm, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 \* 200 cm) down, another one smaller bedroom downstairs with 1 double bed (140 \* 200 cm). Pillows and duvets. Cabinets and storage bins are available. Plot: Every hectare is fenced. The southern part / Lower contains the house and garden type, northern part / Haute is near / plantation types. The northern part is a protected Natura 2000 area, in the morning you sometimes have the chance to see deer looking towards the little wood. Goalkeepers: A couple keeps the house and maintains the field. He stayed in the mobile home away from home. Games: There is a large (430 cm) trampoline with safety net. Barbecue and open fire: In the Maisonette in rubble are a fireplace and a barbecue available to tenants. Charcoal is sold in the supermarket. Miscellaneous: The Auchan supermarket is a few minutes drive, as well as Cognac covered market which is also open on Sunday morning. There is a military airbase near Cognac, the planes fly occasionally in flight which provides an interesting spectacle. Natural bathing: Central element of the property, totally private, the natural / biological bath is the place of all pleasures and discoveries. Principle: swimming not contain any chemicals, filtration and regeneration are completely natural way, by the action of bacteria and plants. The liner is gray, so it is normal that the water color is "turquoise" that is to say between blue and green. Consequence: no allergy, fresh water and non-aggressive for the skin, a pro-life aquatic environment. It's like swimming in the lake water. Les photos ne datent pas d'hier. La pergola n'existe plus, la terrasse est bancale par endroits... Le cadre est loin d'être aussi beau que décrit dans l'annonce et sur les photos, et le gardien habite dans un logement (et non un mobil-home) juste face à l'entrée du chalet, à moins de 20 m : aucune intimité !! Le terrain n'est pas entretenu, l'herbe était très haute. La piscine, même si en avril, était sale. Des trucs traînaient partout sur la terrasse. Les poubelles extérieures étaient pleines, le ménage laissait à désirer, le trempoline est chez le gardien, grand terrain non accessible sans passer devant chez lui. Des travaux en cours depuis quelque temps mais pas terminés, et surtout une literie pourrie à l'étage, nous avons dormi sur des ressorts ! Dommage car sinon, ce serait un endroit agréable. Mais perso, quand je loue, c'est pour être tranquille et comme chez moi, avec un minimum d'intimité, ce ne sera jamais le cas là-bas. Willy, le gardien, est très sympathique et réactif en cas de besoin, mais apparemment un peu débordé par tous les travaux car si le chalet est loué tout le temps, il ne peut pas les faire selon ses dires. Pour finir, des charges de 176 € pour un séjour du samedi 16 h au lundi 10 h, un peu élevées non ?... En Charente pas sur la Côte d'Azur quoi ! Conclusion, juste pour y manger et "dormir", et peut-être profiter de la piscine l'été... ##### Elisabeth L. Endroit impeccable pour se ressourcer et se reposer. Le chalet est très bien entretenu et le gardien très sympa à l'écoute des gens. Nous reviendrons dès que l'occasion se présentera. ##### robin w.
