We loved the location specially since it’s during Las Fallas as it’s very walkable to the center of town, The staff was very cheerful, warm and helpful which made our first visit to Valencia very memorable. They also offered free horchata and fartons (local milk bread) at the lobby. It was yummy!

We stayed in a room on the first floor that faces the ventilation shaft. It is dark and there are bars on the window, so people with claustrophobia should avoid. On the positive side, it was very quiet. Very nicely appointed except for a piece of furniture water damaged and not repaired/replaced. Front staff was outstanding. Buffet breakfast had a good variety of items and a good value. Would recommend wholeheartedly. Pedro Canada

We were joined by a Spanish friend who had recommended the hotel. He showed us around interesting spots in Valencia so the location was good for both walking & taking taxis. The rooms were clean and we had one buffet breakfast which was good.

This was a lovely hotel in a great location! The hotel had many services including a great breakfast and massage. The location really made it worthwhile as it was in downtown and very close to old town. Taking the bus to the beach was super easy as well. Most of the staff were great especially Toni-a few not as friendly or helpful as I would’ve liked which bummed me out a bit. Overall though great stay for the price!

Great Value for Money
Two night trip just to see my doctor. This place is well located and updated and pretty quiet on the interior. Small room but all i needed. I understand emptying the mini baar for covid i guess but could use at least a teabag or a bottle of water. The usual hallway noise and noise above. But nice staff, clean, comfy bed and super reasonable cost. I would definitely stay again.

Pros - Front desk staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. Cons - WiFi kept dropping and I often had to use my phone data. Rooms are not soundproof, as listed in description. There is a water kettle - not a coffee maker. You have to know to ask the front desk for instant coffee (every day). Toiletries are lacking - no hair conditioner, no lotion, and no tissue box. Just one pack of tissues (3 tissues) that once used is never replaced.

Good value and good locatio
Nice area with good restaurants and a modern quiet and clean hotel. 15/20 mins walk to centre. We paid for parking on site. Only downside was there was a window in our bathroom that had no cover from the light so the whole room was very bright so sleep wasn’t great.

The hotel is very well located, easy access to the park, the old town and arts complex. The staff at the reception was extremely rude and not helpful, which set the tone for the stay. Shower had pretty much zero pressure and gym amenities is treadmill, rower and steps.

Excellent location, friendly staff, large comfortable room, great breakfast. Overall highly recommended. On the day we checked out we had to leave the hotel at 3:30am to catch a very early flight, and “because your rate includes breakfast” the staff generously prepared us a complete “breakfast picnic” to take with us, and even offered to prepare us a coffee since the kitchen was of course still closed. Perhaps it is just a detail, but one reflective of the quality of people and of a top notch service orientation.

We needed an overnight stay in order to attend the Clinica Baviera early the next morning. This hotel was ideal, we took a taxi to the clinic for €3 as even though the Clinic is in the same street as the Hotel it was a little far for my husband to walk as he has mobility problems. We cannot fault the hotel, its cleanliness in line with COVID-19 restrictions, as well as receiving a very happy welcome from the receptionist made our visit enjoyable. The public car park is next to the hotel, and costs €17,50 for a day, although we reserved our space with the hotel and received a discounted price of €15. It’s not easy though to park and dash into the hotel to obtain your parking card, for future visits we would rather pay the extra €2,50 than block the entrance to the car park whilst obtaining the parking card. We had a nice large room with purpose built shower, as requested. Comfortable double bed, no view from the large window other than the hotel air con units and flues. This is a very nice hotel, close to lots of restaurants, bars, buses and close to Alameda area. Unfortunately we were only there one night and had to leave the country due the virus outbreak and everything was closed. But we would love to return and stay here again.
