The stay was adequate. Curtains were shredded. No coffee in the room. Coffee machine in lobby/breakfast ran out of coffee. Pillows on bed were small.

The rooms are a good size, the toilets are super low though. All ages found them so low. We were disappointed that it was not busy at all with people staying at this hotel but they couldn't give us an adjoining room for the two rooms we booked. We were also very disappointed that they didn't make any popcorn and when we asked if any would be made since we enjoyed it last time they told us no.

This is a second time staying with them but this time I had a problem with my bed which smells really bad like someone did pee there. I love to go there every year because it is very convenient to go to downtown frankenmuth but I was so disappointed this year.

I like the area of location but dirtiest and stinkiest hotel ive ever been to. Jacuzzi is broke water spits up high instead of in. Curtains are ripped and dont close. Bedding dont smell fresh. Bathroom smells like urine.

Couldn't sleep at all, so disgusting
Unbearable smell throughout room and property, carpets and furniture should have been replaced years ago, cleanliness disgusting, hair on towels and sheets, bed end tables had oily stains, pillows so old they smelled through the pillow cases, bottled water only available if you have single dollar bills, no ATM on property, front desk did not have bottled water, barely slept at all

We've stayed at this property for our anniversary for the last 5 or so years. We always stay in a one bedroom suite, it's very roomy and makes down time between shopping and eating, comfortable and relaxing. The staff has always been friendly and if theres an issue they take care of it qickly.
