Staff is friendly. I will say that the assistant manager has no problem helping out the staff. I saw her help the housekeepers take amd empty trash out. One of the employees found out i had kids and he went with me to make sure the room was good for my kids to sleep in and he didnt like it to he found me another room. I will definitely be going back.

*BEWARE* The pictures of this property are catfish! The front desk staff were nice and amazing. Arriving to the property there was nothing but prostitutes hanging around the hotels. drug addicts roaming the property as well. The inside stairs to get to the rooms were full of trash and smelled like urine. checking into my room there was cigarette burns on the sheets. room smelled like cigarettes. i had to cancel my room and look some where else

Garbage was over full. It’s smelled, elevators smelled like cigarettes and it was unsafe to touch. We didn’t feel safe to touch anything at this property. Trash all over the place. Door handles broken to go up and down stairs. I felt very uncomfortable and felt unsafe for me and my family while we were there for a gymnastic competition. The room had cockroaches. No soap, stove and refrigerator is very old and in bad condition, I was overall not happy. I had a lot of concerns with this place after I got my room and just seen what type of people that was there. It looked like a drug rehab then a place to feel safe to sleep for one night. We didn’t sleep under the blankets we slept on top of them. The outlets to charge your phones didn’t work. This is a very trashy place. Not happy about it at all. It was not worth what I spent a night. Everything Expedia had said about this place feels very deceiving and was totally the opposite from what the property looked like overall.

The "specials" got me cause my kid & I are facing homelessness. Kitchen we need! But roaches in the rooms & phone? (Couldn't sleep thinking something could be crawling on me) drug addicts doing transactions in the stairs, fights, loud cars late filthy stinky stairs where garbage is kept, mold..ya gross & should be refunded. Regional manager never called me back.

This is not a safe place for families. To many people on drugs around the area. The are no shampoo or hand wash in the rooms. It smells like weed outside. Too many people walking around all night long. Please do not stay here.

In spite of a non-smoking policy, other “guests”, in and out of the elevator with lit cigarettes. Despite no pets, was nearly bitten by a German Shepherd upon exiting the elevator. Took 3 days to get the microwave operable. Exhaust fan in bathroom was terribly noisy. Was propositioned by a prostitute. Drug deals in the parking lot. Panhandlers in the parking lot. Had to purchase my own toilet tissue. In a 4 week stay, housekeeping only came in once. TV had poor reception.

The stove top was severely rusted. Gave me the wrong wi-fi password, one of the chairs was missing the screws to hold the seat on and fell apart. The worst was the front desk clerk who checked me into room 331 trying to walk in when I was getting out of the shower and said he thought the room was empty. In general there were stains and spots all throughout the room and I will never stay there again.

The room was disgusting. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it smelled like stale smoke. There was a constant stream of shady individuals milling around and loitering, and to make things even worse, I was woken up at 4 am by a domestic dispute happening in front of the neighboring room, for 45 minutes.

Bathroom still had previous occupant hair giving us the impression the bathroom wasn't clean. We asked the facility management to have the bathroom cleaned but that didn't happen. Twice we noticed a roach running across the floor. The rooms were outdated. The AC made a terrible noise but it worked.

Horrible place. The bed was so uncomfortable it hurt. We had to get a blanket, pillows, towels and a remote. No toiletries. The pictures do not show the actual place. Left after first night without out a refund and didnt care.

I will never book another room at this hotel. I arrived a few minutes before 7:00pm. There was no one in the office, and no note on the door. I sat outside of the office calling them over and over again, with no answer. I was exhausted from a long day, and all I wanted was to check into my hotel and sit down. 45 minutes of waiting and calling, someone finally showed up. She gave me no reason as to why no one was there to check me in or answer the phones. No apology and was extremely rude, as if I was an inconvenience to her. Horrible customer service. Then to top it off, my room smelled like cigarettes, and the bedding looked dirty or badly stained. As with the 45 minute wait time check-in, the staff was equally unconcerned about my noise complaint. There was so much noise coming from other guests and people in the parking lot, I was too frustrated and checked out by 11:30pm. What a waist of money, never again.

Hotel canceled my guaranteed, prepaid reservation 1 hour before checkin. When i called to ask why, they informed me they were overbooked and too bad. This caused a lot of stress as i had to scramble while on the road to locate another lodging option on a busy weekend. It also caused us to be late for a wedding reception.

My room was a non smoking room, it stank of stale cigarettes, the vinyl flooring had at least a half dozen cigarette burns in it. The walls had been painted recently but the doors, drapes, outside of the fridge and shower were very dingy. The smoke detector was missing it’s battery and beeped all night. TV picture was poor quality. The bed, bedding and towels were all clean and fresh. The two staff members I encountered were friendly and welcoming. If I had to guess, about half the rooms are long term rentals. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to families on vacation and 1 other guest warned me not to leave anything in my car, his had been broken into.
