They were booked and would not allow early check in , which is fine I understood; until a man and his son walked in a checked in an half hour early in front of me ? Then he did not charge the man a deposit, but he did me ?? Then the room was out dated and dirty in the bathroom and the refrigerator. They had a wedding behind the hotel and our room was facing it and the cops came and had to make people leave . Also upon check in I had to initial I had no pets and saw 5 different dogs and a cat in the window !!! I was planning to stay again in June but have canceled my stay for this particular hotel ! Won’t ever stay again

It's unacceptable that you experienced inconsistency in policies and cleanliness issues, as well as disturbances from an event outside the hotel. At the desk no called and complain and no cop was called. Not sure if you say the security when he went to check on the party. But your concerns regarding the presence of pets despite the initial agreement are also valid and should have been addressed by the staff. We understand your frustration and regret that your experience fell so short of our usual standards. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we will use it to address the issues you've raised with our team to prevent similar occurrences in the future.We're sorry to hear that you've decided to cancel your upcoming stay with us. Comfy beds but place needs major renovations in every area from check in desk to elevators, hallways , guest rooms & especially the bathrooms. Scratched areas, awful hair dryers, shower heads. No microwave in room. Fridge not very cold. No USB ports. Location is very convenient due to family near by. Question if I will continue to stay at this Ramada in the future cause there is always something wrong!

Updated room, clean & comfortable. Pet fee $25😩
Getting to hotel confusing with entrances closed. At check in I was advised if I brought my dog there would be a $25 charge. On “Hotels Tonight” said no fee, on website said$10 charge. Front desk clerk said they are wrong it’s $25. I have stayed here before was never charged $25! The room was clean and comfortable, big improvement from previous visits.

The hotel was dirty, run down, and had bedbugs- hotel staff worked with Expedia to refund me. Logistics and pricing is why I original chose this hotel and I will never steer away from my go to Marriott again.
