Property is nice and it on the beach and have access to umbrella and chair. The pool needs remodel. The rooftop restaurant delicious and the staff was great. Only issue was with the personal car service I paid for pickup at the airport, took a taxi to the hotel.

El hotel por dentro es muy bonito, el staff amable. Pero, como es nuevo necesitan estar mas al día con el mantenimiento (aires, inodoros, agua caliente, etc). También mejorar el manejo de los empleados de limpieza (debe hacer menos escándalo) y mejorar la comunicación con las personas de mantenimiento (horarios para hacerlo y si hay huéspedes en la habitación o no).

I like how the hotel is set up its is very romantic and couples friendly. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My one complaint is that the bell boys did not do their job at all, I can count on my hand the number of times the door was opened for me and my wife with 4 guys standing outside on their phones. I was a vip customer but did not recieve that treatment at all times.

The rooms are spacious, butare due for an upgrade specially the bathrooms. My family and I stayed for 3 nights, in which my room and bathroom were cleaned daily but my kids room and bathroom weren't at all, I even asked one of the cleaning staff that was cleaning one of the rooms near mine if rooms were everyday or every other day, to which she reply everyday, so I mentioned that the room my kids were staying in weren't cleaned and they still skipped it.
Everything else was ok.
