"It took over 45 mins for them to find our bookings and even then they found the wrong ones. Then finally showed us to our capsules and it was ok but nothing special. "Friendly staff, very willing to help guide you to where you need to go and what tours you need to take. Capsules are very clean and come with two USB outlets and multiple light settings. The A/C of the whole room is kept at a nice cold temperature.
