Take a refreshing dip in the pool or just relax while your children are playing in the garden. The lawn has a size of about 500m2. The private, round pool has a diameter of 11m. Sure you will enjoy sunbathing by the pool on one of the 4 sun loungers - the perfect place for all the sun lovers, who are searching for a quiet and private place to enjoy the Majorcan sun. From the terrace you will enjoy nice views over the countryside up to the mountains. There are no direct neighbours; the next neighbour is about 100 meters from the house. The modern one-storey house with 3 bedrooms is tastefully furnished. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds and the third one has a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms, one with jacuzzi bath and one with shower. Two of them are en suite. The bedrooms as well as the whole accommodation are air-conditioned. If you stay in winter you can use the underfloor heating. Every room, every detail and every object is perfectly integrated into the house and makes it a sophisticated oasis of design and comfort. Sit back and relax; the living room has a large sofa where you can read a good book, surf the internet or watch satellite TV. The open kitchen, next to the living room, with the dining room next to it, has everything you need to cook comfortably during your holidays; toaster, coffee maker, electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, mixer, cutlery, kitchen accessories and fridge-freezer. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down.
