"La maison était incroyable, très bien située pour aller aux 4 coins de Majorque, très tranquille et reposante, l’hôte Apolonia a été très agréable et très disponible et réactive. Tous les équipements sont propres et présents, on voit que la maison est entretenue avec soin. Notre séjour était parfait ! Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour qui était magique pour nous grâce à vous ! À très vite !"

"Le logement et le lieu etait tel que nous l’avions imaginé. La piscine tres bien entretenue. En revanche, la tranquillité est un peu perturbé par le passage des avions mais on s’y habitue. L’emplacement étant central cela permet de visiter les environs sur des trajets d’environ 30 à 40 minutes et de découvrir Majorque sur toutes ses facettes."

"Roomy property in the centre of Mallorca in a lovely town. Small supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Convenient for travel around the island. Some of the rooms especially the bedrooms smelt a little musty. One air conditioner worked well in the hall but the one in the lounge was fairly ineffective unfortunately as it was extremely hot when we were there. The kitchen would benefit from some sharp knives otherwise well equipped. The toilet is a long way from the bedrooms needing to go through both the lounge and kitchen to get there. It was very disconcerting to arrive after the office was closed and find we were unable to open the front door as it was bolted from the inside. However we discovered eventually you can enter through the garage. The pool is tiny and would benefit from a good clean."

"Cette maison pourrait être parfaite . Il faut juste rajeunir un peu le mobilier, changer le barbecue, rajouter une plancha , refaire les joints de la douche du haut,installer des étagères dans la SDB du bas. Rajouter des rangement dans une chambre en haut . Fournir les serviettes pour la piscine et supprimer la tête de lit ( trop vétuste ) dans la chambre du bas !"

"Die Finca war genauso wie beschrieben bei Ankunft alles sehr sauber. Der Eigentümer hat uns bei der Ankunft freundlich empfangen leider sprach er nur spanischen."

"Eine sehr gute Entscheidung, diese Finca zu mieten. Diese befindet sich mitten auf der Insel. Der Pool ist super schön und es gibt sechs Liegen und zwei Sonnenschirme. Die Finca ist sehr schön. Das Grundstück wird von einem Zaun umgeben und damit gut gesichert. Eine absolute Empfehlung von mir. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, 10 Tage vor Ort und hatten einen Mietwagen."

"Wir waren dort mit 3 Personen. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Zentrale Lage in einem wunderschönen Ort. Insgesamt ein tolles Haus, super Betreuung durch Carola. Können wir sehr empfehlen!"
