Balcony a bonus
I did request a bath for both rooms unfortunately none were available. Having a balcony off the room was an unexpected bonus. One of the housekeeping staff was quite snappy when we asked for some extra milk from the trolley she said I had to ring room service which shouldn't have been necessary. Other than that the rest of the staff were exceptionally polite and very helpful. Thank you.

I would start by saying, I love this hotel, absolutely enjoyed my stay. Staff was top notch, breakfast was great. Covered just about every aspect of breakfast including a real honeycomb, crazy kool. Or breakfast can be delivered to your room at a time you specify. Very modern. Love how the meal staff wears blue jeans and a black vest, very inviting. My only complaint would be late night parking. I parked so wild I just knew I would be towed by morning, was the only piece of real estate remaining. Checked out early the next morning stressing my vehicle would be gone. Was still there, including others that were parked worse than me. I hate to ding them on that since parking is a big city crisis. Get a good spot early, and just walk or take public transportation. If I ever go to Eindhoven again, will not bother rolling the dice on a different hotel, going straight to PULLMAN! No question.

The room was less than I expected for the price, it smelt like raw onion.... not pleasant electrically dangerous iron in the room with the flex insulation broken, and previous occupants hair still in the bath. I wouldn't stay there again.

provide your guests with fitting bathrobes, a shower lever that can be adjusted properly( either too hot or too cold), don't chase people for a signature in the middle of breakfast, malfunctioning soap dispenser, advertise your rooms with walk in showers; climbing into a bath for a shower is uncomfortable especially the elderly.

Fijn gelegen in het centrum. Op loop afstand van de winkels, PSV stadion en Klokgebouw. Erg stijle heling in de lobby voor mensen in een rolstoel. Mindervalide kamer redelijk geschikt. Geen lagere deurkruk, geen laag kijkgat in de deur, badkamer prima, maar geen alarm aanwezig. Ontbijt is kompleet, maar erg prijzig.

One of the things that I really enjoyed about this property was that we had an actual bath tub! A lot of the showers in the Netherlands don’t have a full door, so the water goes everywhere. I liked that there was an outer attachment to plug in my Roku to the TV as well so it could reach the outlet. There were also face towels in the bathroom, which I’ve noticed that quite a few European hotels don’t carry. The bed was comfy with a nice firm pillow & soft one for your choosing. Although minor because there were ice machines, I do always wish for a fridge. There was a church bell on the side where our room was, but I think it stopped pretty early in the night, so that wasn’t too bad. Overall, great stay! I’d come back!

comfortable hotel in the heart of Eindhoven
This was my second stay here. The hotel is well placed, right next to all the restaurants and bars, but far enough away to not be in a quieter area. The front desk staff are always very nice and professional. I like the fitness and spa area and the pool is also an added bonus. Highly recommend.
