We loved this property in Ruston, Louisiana! This was a new listing, so we didn't fully know what to expect since there were no prior reviews... A collective "Wow!" is what we said when we opened those doors!! :) We were having a homecoming reunion, so we rented both units (A and B). The house has been beautifully redone and was very clean. The host had several little nice touches - water, popcorn, flip flops, fuzzy socks, toiletries and even sleep masks. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us and we even had additional guests over after graduation and never felt crowded. It was very close to the college but the neighborhood was a little ran down.I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it is a large house that has been converted to 2 separate units. Unfortunately the renters of the other unit was throwing a party that consisted of a lot of people and very loud music. To the point that we ended up going to a hotel for the last night. This is not the fault of the host but is something to consider when renting. We were not upset because we had been able to check in very early the day we arrived so we felt we had definitely gotten our money’s worth. ##### Melissa J.
