The room smelled like wet dog and cigarette smoke. Stains were on the bedding and shower.

We really don’t want to complain but we were given a very small room, twin beds, no chair in it and very stuffy! Next time we would inquire about our room!

When we checked in, the staff was kind and helpful. We went to our room and noticed the screen was tore as well as the frame bent…only assuming someone tried to get in. The longer I was in the room..the more my nose burnt. The smell of old/stale cigarette smoke was coming from the AC unit. The room definitely had been smoked in. The front staff assigned us another room. That one was fine. So, I figured since the guest washer and dryer were across the hall, I would do a load. The dryer did not work. Went to front desk and they let me use the huge dryer used by the staff. The bedding didn’t get an upgrade: sheets had wore out spots and towels were yellowing:/ Just a frustrating experience and will not return.

Room was clean and A/C worked great. Nicely decorated and well maintained. Interior seemed updated and newer. Beds were comfortable and hot breakfast was good. Coffee is lobby available at all times. Staff was nice and efficient. There was a pool that I did not use but did see children occupying. Only downside is there is not a work out room.
