Budget hotel- Poor internet

Major issue with Internet. Called the hotel directly before booking to confirm internet was working and not dialup speed. Would start loading a file and went to bed and it was still not downloaded in the morning.Very difficult to conduct business, I might go as far to say that it interfered with our business

We do have a high speed internet but the router gets reset twice a day automatically. We understand you may have started downloading when you went to bed but you device might have got disconnected from Wifi when the router get reset at night. We understand how frustrating that could have been and we apologize for the same. We hope you will give us another chance to serve you with a superior hospitality experience.
