After staying 3 nights accidentally left 9 blouses in a drawer. I called 2 days in a row and was told they found nothing in the room or in lost and found. I have stayed at other hotel chains in the past left a mere phone charger and was contacted by the hotel and they offered to shipp to me.
I was very disappointed in myself for leaving them but even more disappointed the hotel couldn't seem to locate 9 blouses in a drawer, obviously they need to clean the rooms more or pay the housekeepers better.

Thank you for choosing to stay at our hotel during your business trip. We certainly apologize that we were not able to help you much in this situation. I, General Manager, myself went in to the room and and also checked in lost and found to look for your items but we couldn't find anything. We do the same as other hotels do in case any guests forget any valuables or clothes and ship it to them if they want and its all on hotel expense. We understand your frustration, however, we do not welcome your accusation on our housekeepers of stealing your items. Our housekeepers do clean the room good or else you would not have chosen to stay our hotel on our second visit to town. We hope you will understand the situation. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and we hope you will choose to stay with us again in future so we can provide a superior hospitality experience to you.
