Good location for my requirements

The front desk never told me that I was being checked in to a 'smoking' room....nasty ! As I was only going to be there a few hours I didn't bother to complain, had I planned a longer trip this would have been a significant issue. ..probably will not stay there again.

We investigated and found that you reserved with our opaque rate plan which gives you a significant discount but you just get the room type which is available. And we at the hotel do not select the room type, instead the system just picks whatever is available and provide it to you. If you see your reservation it should have showed you that it’s a smoking room. We apologize for this discomfort. We hope you will choose to stay with us again so we can provide you a superior hospitality experience.

great hotel for a small city

I was meeting with an older brother and nephew whom I had not seen in 2 years. The rooms were very nice and clean The hotel staff were excellent and very accommodating. Their restaurant with bar was an amazing plus. The food was great, service was excellent, and the price was in my opinion cheap. You can't beat that combination.

Clarion in Russellville

Pros: Location.......walking distance to many restaurants and convenience stores. The staff, very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The "vending" room needs a lot of improvement. Fortunately, a convenience store was in easy walking distance.
Location: Dining, shopping, fishing, movie theater............lots of fun things to do in Russellville.
My family spent four days here while having repairs made on our home. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff were very accommodating to my family's schedule. Laundry facilities and gym were available as was breakfast each morning.

Pleasantly Surprised

Pleasantly surprised at the price to value ratio of the Clarion in Russelville. Clearly the owners have taken the redo seriously by doing an excellent job on the public and private spaces. The rooms are comfortable, clean and freshly re-decorated. As a person who travels every week, I will stay there again.

I was in town to visit my sister and family. I am from Russellville. The hotel met my expectations with one exception, the need for an elevator. However, the manager gave assistance moving our things from the car to the room.

After staying 3 nights accidentally left 9 blouses in a drawer. I called 2 days in a row and was told they found nothing in the room or in lost and found. I have stayed at other hotel chains in the past left a mere phone charger and was contacted by the hotel and they offered to shipp to me. I was very disappointed in myself for leaving them but even more disappointed the hotel couldn't seem to locate 9 blouses in a drawer, obviously they need to clean the rooms more or pay the housekeepers better.

I, General Manager, myself went in to the room and and also checked in lost and found to look for your items but we couldn't find anything. We do the same as other hotels do in case any guests forget any valuables or clothes and ship it to them if they want and its all on hotel expense. We understand your frustration, however, we do not welcome your accusation on our housekeepers of stealing your items. Our housekeepers do clean the room good or else you would not have chosen to stay our hotel on our second visit to town. We hope you will understand the situation. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and we hope you will choose to stay with us again in future so we can provide a superior hospitality experience to you.

Arkansas fall trip

First room had awful odor (like wet moldy chemical smell) and no smoke alarm. Heard another customer complain of smoke smell in her non-smoking room. Requested room change and second room was nice, no smell. If staying, request to inspect room before moving in.
