Relax just 25min from Albany in a sunset-facing tiny house, with access to a hot tub. LGBTQ and BIPOC-friendly. Home is hand-built by our engineer friend, Lindsay! Great for: \-Climbers and geology buffs, with Thacher State Park 15min away \-Hikers, with 3 nature preserves within 10min. \-A quiet stop with parking for your drive up north. \-Readers & writers looking for a private place. The tiny home sits 100ft from the host house, but still retains a private feel. Guests will need to walk across 100ft of mowed (or shoveled) lawn. Year-round hot tub is located at the back of the host house, and we do our best to ensure your stay is as private as possible. Access is nearly entirely private from road/neighbors. Full bed in loft and XL twin daybed/couch. IMPORTANT IN WINTER: If temps are consistentantly belowing freezing, we won't be able to run water out to the tiny home for sink & shower. Regardless, the \*\*hot tub is always available\*\* and we provide at least 2gal of safe drinking/cooking water. Update: Water is off through 2/12, and listing rate for these dates reflects that. \-If you book dates beyond this at normal rate and water has to stay shut water off for your stay, we will communicate it ASAP and will reduce your nightly rate. \-If you book during these dates, and we are able to turn the water on, we will communicate ASAP and apply $15/night. IMPORTANT TOILET INFO: Like most tiny homes, there is an odorless composting toilet in the bathroom.
