"Although the reception desk was not staffed when we arrived the phone number for the staff member was quickly answered and a very helpful young lady completed the check-in process swiftly and politely. The room was easy to find and the secure key card system worked well. The room itself was spotless and the bed was very comfortable providing a good nights sleep after our long journey. The en-suite shower room was ideal for freshening up with plenty of clean bright white towels provided. As the room was paid for when we arrived, checking out only required the key cards to be dropped into the collection point at the reception desk once we finished our stay. The motel is easy to find from the E45 motorway and is close to the outskirts of Randers, which has a number of interesting places to visit. There is plenty of parking alongside the motel and the local area is very quiet overnight."

"Well, I didn't see any human being from arrival around 5pm to leaving at 8am. Quite inhospitable & unwelcoming Bed looked like maybe hadn't been changed from the previous guest. Pillow case looked grubby. I needed a second pillow but there was no pillow case at all for that, so I stuffed both pillows into my jacket so I could put my face on that. Slept on the covers in my clothes. Breakfast was another new experience. No one there, no sign of food other than a bunch on bread rolls in baskets with a room number on each. Very strange for me as I travel 30 times a year for the last 30 years, so I've seen it all."

"could not order food such as a sandwhich when we arrived and evening meal has to be pre booked. I think this should be flagged up. when you see a restaurant in a hotel you expect they can do food and light bites. nice staff good facilities. couyld do with a fan in the room, very hot on top floor"
