Protected and enclosed space. Small garage to store your bikes or surfboards. Private parking close to the house inside the residence. The street which leads there is a dead end giving on a pedestrian path leading in 3 minutes to the landscaped lake of Pontaillac. At 600m from the beach, in this residential area away from the main traffic lanes, calm is assured. Very comfortable furnishings with 1 living room of 18 m2, 1 sitting area with sofa bed, LCD TV 81 cm, 1 integrated kitchen with 2 induction burners, multi-function oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, bathroom with bath and large shower screen, separate wc, 1 bedroom for 2 people with wardrobe and 32 '' LCD TV. La résidence (fermée) se trouve dans une impasse, donc les enfants y sont en sécurité.
