Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly.
Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

Loved the location. Breakfast was wonderful. The restaurant across the way that was the affiliated with the hotel was also great. Stupid person that I am, I couldn’t figure out how to work the shades until the next morning and didn’t see any in the bathroom altho the window may have been glazed a bit. Make sure you figure all that out before you turn in for the night :)

The property is very nice. The breakfast included was wonderful. The town of Keidrich is about 5 minutes away and has so many wonderful restaurants. My only complaint would be the view. When we booked, the room says valley view but since our room was on a lower level it actually overlooks the driveway ...
