I really really appreciate a nice and quiet place, also the friendly staff, great free breakfast, very spacious room, everything clean and with a nice smell. Beautiful view and surroundings!

Loved how easy accessible this hotel is to restaurants and shopping centers. Its about a 20 min drive to Salem where my boyfriend and I spent our time. Would come again to stay.

The walls are so thin, ppl next to us were stupid loud so i called the front desk, they did nothing. I have a 2 year old and the ppl next door were yelling and playing music from 10 pm to 1 am, yelling at the top of their lungs. The pool was literally green. I only chose this hotel so me and the baby could swim and we couldnt, the only redeemable factor was the staff at breakfast. You have an amazing staff in the kitchen

Friendly staff, clean room, and good breakfast. However, the room next door played loud music, and kids were running down the hallway at 10:00 at night. Not sure where their parents were.

Thank you for the kind words about our staff. The kids you reference were on a field trip bus tour with their school and these chaperones did not help keep them under control as much as chaperones typically do.

All the employees were very nice. The rooms were quiet. The breakfast selections were very good and replenished often. The tables in the breakfast room were frequently kept clean so there was always a table available to sit at. Overall, a wonderful experience.

The staff were great! We forgot our son’s life vest and they had it up front waiting for us! The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was great! Everything was great!

We stayed for a week, for spring break. The room was very clean and quite large. The pool was very warm. There was a gym that had a decent amount of equipment. Staff was always friendly. Very good free breakfast (waffles, pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, yogurt, pre-packaged baked goods, juice, coffee, tea). There is a nice mall nearby, some fast food choices and also restaurants such as Olive Garden, Cheesecake Factory, and local restaurants also. There are multiple lobby areas which we enjoyed, since four people in one hotel room for a whole week can be a bit too much "togetherness"! We chose this location since it was central to both Boston and Salem, which we were visiting, and it has easy highway access.

The staff here were friendly & extremely accommodating. We made 2 requests that could have been denied & we wouldn’t have been surprised but they were graciously granted. The room was large, clean & nicely appointed. Breakfast was very good. I did wish they had a selection of teas other than black but that is a personal preference.

My go to when in town!
I always enjoy staying at the Best Western Plus North Shore Hotel. The rooms are clean & comfortable, and the staff is always inviting and friendly. The breakfast is a nice touch too!!

The man who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. He also explained some quirks of the property, like breakfast being on the 2nd floor. Before coffee you may never find it.

I enjoyed the location, the breakfast is very plentiful and a huge selection of hot and cold. I loved the pool, the room was big and had refrigerator and microwave. The toilet was wobbly. Expedia canceled my reservation prior to my arrival. This had nothing to do with the hotel. I pre paid and actually booked wrong date. I was at the hotel the day I booked on that day Expedia chose not to change my reservation for day I was there. They blamed the hotel but the hotel has nothing to do with a third party booking. Expedia again chose to cancel my reservation prior to my arrival. The person checking me in was able to retrieve my reservation that I pre paid to Expedia a month plus prior and at that time Expedia took my money in less than one minute but if I would have canceled my reservation they would have taken all my money. Expedia makes these poor choices everyday. Beware of booking with Expedia!

Worth it!
Overall, my wife and I were pleased with our stay. Check-in was easy, the room was comfortable and clean, and there were no funky smells or unruly neighbors. Also, the continental breakfast was really good, with many options. My only gripe was that a couple pieces of the gym equipment were not working, but not that big of a deal really…I’m just a fitness junkie. Well worth the stay and I’d absolutely stay here again.

The refrigerator was extremely noisy and by 2 am we had to unplug it. I notified the person at the front desk at check out. Other than that we had a noisy neighbor until around 3 am. Overall we do like the hotel and will most likely return when we travel again in the near future

Mixed Review
Heat was not operative and required 2 phone calls to desk and a reset of the equipment. Although blower noise is to be expected and CLUNK whenever it came on was not conducive to restful sleep. The room was beautifully decorated, clearly a step above the ordinary and "Junior" from the front desk was very helpful but I should NOT have encountered this problem. Breakfast selection was one of the best I have encountered. So mixed reviews!

Hotel check in process was fine, got to the room and the mattress was dirty under the cover. Found a bug on the mattress, could not tell for certain if it was a bed bug but it was the correct coloring. Did not feel comfortable staying. Hotel front desk issued a refund and we left the hotel.
