A Modern Villa situated in Rovinjsko selo about 7 km from Istrian Jewel Rovinj. The villa is on 2 floors. The ground floor contains entrance hall, a toilet with washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, a dining area and living area with Sat Tv and air-condition. On the upper floor are 3 separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower, flat screen Tv and air condition. The villa has a private garden with swimming pool, BBQ and 2 parking spaces. In the village of Rovinjsko selo you are able to find a supermarket, coffee bar and restaurant.
Upon arrivals guest have to give 300 € securitydeposit wich will be returned upon check out if no damage is found.
