Worst customer service I have ever received. They took my booking and I was to the hotel within 2 hours only to find out that they didn't have a key for me. They provided not solution and told me to take it up with the 3rd party booking site, Expedia. This was a non-refundable guarantee reservation. I'm still fighting to get my money back!

It’s perfect for family to get together . Children love to stay here with all children facilities:big children playing area indoor and outdoor with a park.Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast has some varieties and location is accessible to public transportation if you don’t drive. Parking is free!

It was a clean place and the included breakfast was good. The kids also had fun at the playground close by. The elevator only went to the second floor and our room was on the third, so it was hard to get there with all of our luggage.

Not a great stay. Not worth the money paid
1) The hotel didnt have our booking details and we literally had to wait for nearly 30 mins for the check in process. 2) The cleaning lady tried entering the room when i was changing. 3) When we went down for breakfast the next morning, the staff didnt have any record of us checked into their hotel. But they were kind enough to let us have breakfast 4) There was no air conditioning on a hot day. This may be because its usually cold place. But the hotel needs to be prepared to keep the guests comfortable during hot days as well.

The hotel is very close to the bus stop and it was easy to get to and from Lucerne. It was quiet and has a nice park and walking areas behind it. The breakfast was nice, though there was no hot food. The room had a balcony. This hotel is very kid friendly.

Stayed in the Classic quadruple room. Staff were very friendly. The room was extremely quiet and dark. Room was very spacious. Amazing breakfast. They also gave us free Luzern visitor cards which you can use for zone 10 transit and local discounts. Parking was free. A little far from the city but lovely stay overall.

Arrived at about 6pm on a Sunday evening, restaurant closed, bar closed. Went to our room, there was another guest on the 3rd floor smoking marijuana on the exit stairs, smeeled aweful. Went out for dinner and when we arrived back all the lights were turned off downstairs in reception, very dark and confusing. We have stayed here before and it was much better.

Services were attentive and promptly. We stayed for three nights and we had a rental car with us. Parking was free for our stay so that was good. Parking lot was clean and spaces available. The location is within 20 min from the Luzern central areas and about 45 min from Titlus. Also 40 min or so from Zurich. Definitely coming back whenever we hve a chance to go on vacation again in the area.

I would totally recommend it
Very nice property in a quiet small nice town. The kids spent lots of time in the big play ground. The hotel was in good condition and the room was gigantic considering the swiss room standards. It could easily fit two double beds but bunk bed was in place.

No elevator for 3rd floor.
Elevator is just until 2nd floor, so for 3rd you need stairs. Breakfast was poor. There are a lot of kids there. Room was very small and bed very unconfortable. Parking is large with barrier. Internet is good.

One night stopover
One night stopover on the way home from Italy. Staff very friendly. Room was comfortable although it was exceptionally warm in there overnight, with no air conditioning. Breakfast was very basic and even though gluten free bread was requested it did not arrive. Evening meal the night before was very good The hotel was advertised as having mountain views, which it technically did have, but it was located on a very busy main road on the outskirts of town.

Great location. Excellent facilities for children! They kept me there for 3 days! Good restaurant on site, and terrific helpful staff. Was a bit hot downstairs though!

After spending the day in Lucerne, it was refreshing to find this hotel with such ease. Check in was easy, staff were very helpful and informative. Also friendly and communicative. Breakfast was delicious and convenient. The room was nice. I wish we had had more time to stay here.

A hotel geared toward children's activities and young families. We observed many families with young children that enjoyed the choo-choo themed hotel, childrens drawing tables, jungle-gym and outside play areas. As a young couple, there was not much to offer. We did eat at the restaurant; the meal was good but expensive for what it was and the atmosphere. The room was ok, but when it came to getting an extra pillow, i was told no because the hotel was full and they had only enough for the rooms they had. Great if you have young children, otherwise I would move on

Pretty nice location, basic breakfast buffet options, very kid friendly place, nice and polite staff. We were there for one night having two different rooms but one of our kid got bed bug bites that we noticed next day.

20 mins bus rode into lucerne. Buses run pretty regularly. Some good staff. Manager very accomodating but restaurant staff not very attentive and a little sharp. Breakfast is continental and wasnt very popular with the kids. No kettle in the room. No mirror accept small bathroom. Beds very comfortable.

The hotel is very nice and clean. It is difficult to find the parking place because it lacks appropriate signing in the street, but when you find it is very good in size. The location is very close to Lucern and since we were in our way it was very convenient. We did not use the restaurant but it looks very nice.
