"We have stayed at many Vrbo and other holiday properties. I rate this low unlike other current reviews of it for the following reasons. #1. Bedrooms third floor location from main floor bathroom. Climbing narrow staircases with loose and /or no railings. Recommend bedrooms on second floor with 2 piece bathroom added. #2. fire safety . One door in and out. Not sure how this could be better but I’d hate to have to climb out of the third floor bedrooms through a dormer window onto that steep...

"Pros: Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir wurden von Heiko und Carmen herzlich empfangen, gefolgt von einer ausführlichen Führung. Die „Spessart Oase“ ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und bietet einen wunderbaren Ort zur Entspannung im schönen Marktheidenfeld. Heiko war jederzeit gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert!
