Check-in was quick and easy. Got a map to the relevant sights and shopping/eating places nearby. Hotel is steps away from Porta Nigra and the Altstadt. My room was clean and decent size, bed comfortable with a dining room and a big bathroom. Only issue is the safe was non functional and WiFi is only available in the lobby. During my stay, the elevator is under maintenance and I had to use stairs. I was ok with it however those with less ableness could be a challenge. Overall, the hotel is nice, clean and comfortable and matched my requirements."
