Disgusting bedding. Comforters and sheets were dirty, stained, and obviously not washed. Both beds were in same condition. Left the non-refundable room and kept driving.

I can assure this is not how we operate, all our bedding and linen are washed daily, our housekeeping staff are fully trained and have been with us for many years. Nice and clean. Room is large, hot shower. Only thing i do not like is the hard bed, it is hard and not comfortable. Also you can hear the traffic outside. The cleanliness of the room made up for the bed. Turned the tv on to block out the traffic. If i have to come to rosswell again I will stay here.

A decent place to stay with family
The room and corridor were clean, however, the window glass was not clean. The staff at the reception was very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Great location, Large updated rooms. A little noisy with dogs, & lack of trash can & seating areas outside were off-putting. Also 1 pillow per person & a spring mattress was a little uncomfortable. But overall, great for quick night stay.
Met our needs while in Roswell. Close to everything, quiet and very clean. I requested a handicap accessible room all was ok. Like most places if they put bars near the commode they seem think that is adequate. Unfortunately the commodes are regular height and difficult to rise from like every other pace. Otherwise would stay again.
It was nice to have washer and dryer access, that was different.
I was upset the hotub was out of order, I was looking forward to that, according to front desk it's been that way for quite some time, reason being They can't find anyone willing to come out to Rockwell and fix it.😞😢

only one disappointment , hot pool was out for maintenance and that was a deciding factor for us staying here
Very good breakfast and the lady (receptionist) who attends at 6:00 a.m. We stayed 2 nights and left at 9:55 a.m., we return at 5:00 p.m. and the housekeeper did not do the cleaning service in the room. We had to ask for shampoo and toilet paper. An electrical outlet was sticking out of the wall and a tube holding the shower head was loose on one side.

Check out is at 11:00am and maids knocked on the door like they were FBI at 8:00am. I asked why they’re knocking at 8 if checkout is at 11. She gives me attitude and said “because I can”. Gross attitude

It was a convenient and less expensive place to stay. Our room was clean and the manager, daytime staff and nighttime staff operated at an amazing level beyond what you’d ever expect. Check-in was a breeze with the manager and so was checking out with nighttime staff at 3:00 AM.
The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke, the carpet in the hall was covered in stains and smelled. The beds were so hard we only stayed one night even though I had paid for two which they would not refund. Breakfast consisted of cereal, toast, boiled egg or yogurt. The only hot item was a make your own waffle.

Dear Ruth,First and foremost you stayed 2 nights, you dropped your key off at the front desk yesterday morning I remember with no mention of anything, had you checked out in a timely manner 11am after staying the first night we would have gladly charged you for a 1 night stay, but you choose to stay 2 therefore 2 nights were charged. Secondly the carpet is only a year old and was just shampooed 2 weeks ago, when guests take breakfast to their rooms instead of enjoying in the breakfast room this could causes spillage along the way, even though we have signs posted in the breakfast area to enjoy breakfast in the breakfast room/lobby provided. The hotel staff here work very hard and do keep up cleaning wise daily maintaining cleanliness. Furthermore, we do not advertise a hot breakfast only a continental, the waffles are an added item for our guests to enjoy, which the norm in a limited service hotel to make your own waffles if desired with the waffle batter provided in the dispenser (this keeps it fresh and hygienic for all our guests), along with the skillet on the breakfast counter sadly we are not a restaurant or have a restaurant on site. Thank you.
There was dead roaches in the restroom. Around 10:30 pm a lady staying at the Super 8 was yelling this hotel has roaches.

Will never stay there again, from check in to check out the manager to the staff very rude didn’t want to hear what concerns from the customer at all, and ruin my husband Father’s Day with the room having already existing damages, had to video and take pictures to make sure cause the manager wants to be untrustworthy and not forthcoming with charges. Also to be hung up multiple times, which I have recorded the conversation just to have and show how they acted and that it was unprofessional and the whole building needs to be checked. Experience was horrible and again will never stay there at all. Also as a asian American for me, you need to rehiring a whole new staffs, manager cause it’s seems that they want to feel superior to all and talk over and just think that what they did was right when they weren’t not even sorry or said sorry. That’s sad.

Dear Sandra,First and foremost you did not even stay here! Your husband was asked at check in to provide an ID and a Card for incidentals, which he refused. It is the policy which also stated on your booking site, please read the policies before booking. Your husband was being difficult and not understanding he ruin his own Father's day so please do not blame the staff as you kept calling the hotel and harassing our staff. Furthermore how dare you discriminate against any members origin and refusing to listen to our staff.
Not for me, I stayed two nights and three days, the room was not clean the sheets were stained and torn along with the lamp shades. It smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room. The floor felt super dirty when I took my shoes off also the breakfast was disappointing.
