### Apartment Nordlicht - Apartments Thiess- Property 29409

Apartment Nordlicht:  
High quality furnished apartment. Two floors, upper floor living room and kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is separated by gullwing doors. Lower (basement) floor bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. completely renovated in 2015 and refurbished.  
  
The lovingly and comfortably furnished apartments are located in the heart of Warnemünde. The beach, the old stream to the pier or to the railway station - in 5 to 10 minutes you are there. Public transportation is easy to reach and numerous shops are located in the immediate vicinity. Parking is located on the property and can be booked for free. The minimum stay is 3 nights. 10% down payment - at least 50 euros - from the total price within 7 days of booking on account, final payment 4 weeks before arrival to our account. Arrival and departure by telephone  
  
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
