This beautiful 3-bedroom home has a fully equipped kitchen and a large open plan living room with feature window looking over towards the golf course. There are three double bedrooms, the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and shower and we have a wet room with walk in shower. The house is fully insulated and warmed with electric heating and a solid fuel stove. The home is fully equipped with everything you need, has excellent WiFi and an EV charger. You can avail of the many on site features including childrens play ground, football pitches, basket ball and tennis courts. We are a short stroll up to St. Helens Bay Golf Club, Bar and Restaurant which overlooks St Helens Beach, very popular for walkers and safe for swimming.
