"The apartment itself was lovely, very clean and well maintained. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a small cleaning kit provided for washing up and general cleaning – a very thoughtful and useful touch. The main difficulty was finding the apartment complex and accessing the accommodation, especially when arriving later in the evening. We arrived after 7 pm and unfortunately I had not received any email with the necessary check-in instructions, access code or information about where to find the key safe. The whole complex was quite difficult to navigate and the key safe itself was not easy to locate. We were extremely lucky to meet another family who had received the instructions and helped us find everything. Without their help, I genuinely don’t think we would have been able to access our apartment that evening. Clear and reliable check-in instructions sent in advance, particularly for guests arriving after reception hours, would make a huge difference. Once inside, however, the apartment itself was very nice and clean."

"Wunderbares Chalet in den französischen Alpen. Wir waren mit 4 Personen dort für eine Woche Motorradurlaub und es war einfach traumhaft.Die Kommunikation mit Florian, dem Gastgeber, war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und er hat auf alle Fragen immer schnell geantwortet. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und es gab alles, was man für den Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung braucht.Parkplätze befinden sich unmittelbar vor dem Haus und wenn nötig, gibt es in der ruhigen Anliegerstraße weitere Parkplätze.Es war dort sehr ruhig und Florian stand bei Fragen stets zur Verfügung.Besonders das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut, da wirklich alles für einen entspannten Urlaub vorhanden ist.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft vorbehaltlos weiter empfehlen."

Appartement idéalement situé dans Plagne Village : pied des pistes, commerces à proximité, restaurants, location de matériel de ski, école de ski et Télébus pour rejoindre facilement Plagne Centre. Belle vue de l'appartement! Nous étions 3 adultes et avons apprécié de séjourner dans un appartement plein de charme et bien équipé. Accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!"

"Room was great, spacious and well thought out with charging points. breakfast was good, the hot food sadly wasn't under any heat lamps so the bacon, sausages and hash browns etc were cold so saw lots of daily waste as no-one ate them. everything else was good! Staff were really friendly and still getting to know the hotel as well as so new! Beds were good, shower was good (sadly only 4 coffee pods and then have to pay for extras), good soundproofing. Ski hire shop in basement was well stocked and so easy for in and out each day biggest negative was the room was too hot, even with all radiators switched off it was like an oven which didn't help with sleeping and staff didn't have a solution. I spend around 200 nights a year in hotels if not more and for a new hotel these guys are going the right way. hope to be back to see it!"
