Discover this charming seafront apartment, where the beauty of the landscape blends with modern comfort. With a spectacular terrace offering panoramic views of the Bay of Roses, this space is perfect for enjoying unforgettable sunsets.  
 It has a bright living-dining room, which also has access to the terrace, a fully equipped American kitchen with everything you need for your comfort, including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave.  
 The apartment offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In addition, it has a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, offering greater comfort to guests.  
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, television, community WIFI and outdoor furniture to make the most of the terrace.  
 The property has a shared parking (reserved for residents of the building, but a private space cannot be guaranteed).
