Allerdings ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollte dringend modernisiert werden, so ist die Couch völlig durchgelegen, die Wasserhähne tropfen und laufen nach, Klimaanlage und WLAN fehlen, die Markise ist z.T. lose, es sind keine Isolierfenster, der Tisch auf der Terrase ist für 4 Personen viel zu klein und verfärbt. Die Tiefgarageneinfahrt ist abenteuerlich eng und nur mit einem Kleinwagen zu befahren. Kochfeld und Mikrowelle sind alt, funktionieren aber noch einigermaßen, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine sind neu. Für 4 Personen ist der Platz ausreichend, für 6 zu eng. Handtücher und Bettwäsche knapp ausreichend.
