Beautiful flat for 4 people in Roses with swimming pool, parking and beautiful views of the canal with a perfect south orientation. It has two bedrooms, one with two beds and one with a double bed. Bathroom with shower, kitchenette and living room with access to the terrace of 15m2 with magnificent views of the canal. Located in a very quiet area, but at the same time close to the leisure area and the beach. Comfortable, bright and very pleasant. SHEETS, TOWELS AND TOURIST TAX NOT INCLUDED.
