Access for travellers
The villa is located at the top of Diego de Velazquez street, you can park freely on the pavement in front of the villa or rent your car in the private lounge and open onto a large manual porch.

You can walk down to the beach in 10' less (one more foot to go up) via a public staircase located in front of number 33 of Diego de Velázquez street.

You will discover the shops, the Suma supermarket open from April to September, numerous bars and restaurants, including the Beach club, very popular with teenagers, or the Pirata at the 5* Hotel Vistabella and its legendary champagne party.
Other highlights
The house is recommended for children under 3 years, the pool and complex are not alarmed and the garden is quite steep.
