When I got there they gave me a room that smell smoky then I tried to open the hot water and it took forever. I went downstairs to the reception area and complained about the room, they told me that they will get back to me immediately which they didn’t, it was 1:30 in the morning they called me to let me know that they have a room for at that time I was overtired and I told to do the next day. But not a nice hotel and a terrible and disorganized breakfast. They never reimbursed me like they said for the inconvenience

At the bar I was charged over $24 for a beer and a shot. Outrageous. A lot of little old ladies at a conference were getting ripped off too. I've been using this hotel for more than 10 years. No more. Bye bye.

The hotel was nice and the room was overall a room. The water pressure was horrible and there was no remote to the tv in the room. It took an hour to get a remote and the water remained cold most of my shower.

Property is set up to make it look like a valet only parking, but there is parking in the rear for self parking. I valet parked my truck not knowing about the other parking. My truck was parked up front and with some of the local christmas parties that were being held there i came back to some trash in my truck bed that was thrown in there by party goers. Our AC in our room didnt work. we called the front desk and said someone would be "right up". hour later we call again.....he came instantly and said this was his first call about it and it would take an hour and a half to fix. However, we didnt have that kind of time to wait and didnt want someone in our room with our belongings. We get back later that night and the tech came and fixed it in 15 minutes. They did offer to change us rooms but with so much stuff it would have taken too much time out of our schedules to move rooms.

Much of what we noticed was hallway wall papper was falling off, all doors needed painting. The rooms were out dated. Not really worth the cost of the room. Shower was great, bed was soft and pillows were too hard. TV worked great.

No hot water for entire time. Lukewarm at best morning thru mid-day. Cold at night. Furniture was beatup and carpeting was grimy and stained. Only one elevator working and was super slow. Motel 6 would have been a better experience.

The bathroom in our room was very outdated. Construction going on around the entrance to the hotel parking lot made it difficult to get into. It's a very large place so getting from the front desk to the elevator to the rooms requires extensive walking.

The room was extremely dirty, old bed and the sheets has a weird smell. They put a lot of effort and money into the lobby but the rooms are outdated. Probably have bed bugs! Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly. The property inside and outside was gorgeous and very clean. My room was great, clean with a very comfortable bed. I had some food at the restaurant and it was very good.
