Fantastic house
We had a wonderful holiday at the villa! The check-in check-out process was smooth and painless. When we arrived the house was perfectly clean and welcoming. All bedrooms are confortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to make the most of the wonderful fresh fish you can source in Roscoff. The house is facing a bay, opposite is the beautiful Perharidi peninsula. The town center with shops and restaurants is a 15mn walk - in other words the location is brilliant - Book without hesitation, I will book again, Brittany was a revelation!

Very nice property, good location, beautiful view
Stayed here in July 2022. The villa is in a very nice location with just a road between the gate and the beach/bay. The communications with the agent/owner was ok. The villa was as advertised and reasonably well presented. It feels like the place needs some attention to be honest as it does in parts look a bit run down. The property information once you arrive, available to guests is 10 years old and needs updating, we needed a doctor for my son and the doctor detailed in the pack is no longer a doctor. Be useful to have updated information on places to eat etc as well, just a thought. The jacuzzi and sauna are great, view was lovely and it’s in a nice location. Kitchen utensils could do with updating and a bit of a refresh. Overall very good stay though, but for the reasons set out I gave 4 not 5 stars.

Amazing place to stay
The overall experience was excellent. The location is amazing, close to the town and wonderful views from every aspect. The house is comfortable , spacious, modern and lots of extra facilities which make your stay extra special. , such as the bbq, hot tub, sauna and outside space. However the cleanliness of the house was a little disappointing the showers and sofas were dirty,, used cotton buds in the bin and the towels were well worn and shabby. Some of the crockery was chipped. The kitchen cupboards were cluttered with empty boxes and broken utensils. Bedroom drawers were broken,. Overall this was an amazing stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others, but a little extra attention to cleaning would have made the stay a 10/10 instead of a 8/10. I hope this review helps the owner as they may well not be getting the service they deserve from their cleaning company.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit direkter Meerlage Sauna und Whirlpool 2 vollwertige Schlafzimmer mit viel Stauraum und Doppelbetten und eigenem Bad 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und wenig Stauraum Ideal für große Familie oder 2 Paaren mit zusammen 2 Kinder Wif haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Tür zum unteren Schlafzimmer hat etwas geklemmt

Superbe séjour à Roscoff
Magnifique maison très bien agencée, idéalement située avec une superbe vue sur l’océan depuis toutes les pièces. La magie de l’endroit dédié au jacuzzi et au sauna a été un vrai plus durant notre séjour. Les échanges avec Sophie, l’hôte des lieux ont été très utiles et très cordiaux. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir passer des vacances dans cette exceptionnelle demeure.
