The staff was terrifically accommodating and the property was beautiful. "The property fell short of 5 stars only because of their lack of control over other patrons. I called the front desk around 9pm to ask they alert the family that occupied multiple rooms that their children were running in the hallways while screaming. The response given was that they’d tell them when they came down to dinner. She knew exactly who I was referring to. Needless to say, around11pm, the running and yelling started up again. It’s a beautiful property within walking distance of the ruins, but I expect more from hotel staff so we probably wouldn’t stay in this hotel again. "

"We attended a wedding in Capaccio. The bride and groom suggested this hotel. It is so tastefully done. Even though it is only about 10 years old it appears authentic. The restaurant was superb and the proprietor and staff were exceptional with their caring. It is a family operation and they are charming. The views were magnificent with water views including the Isle of Capri in the distance. The beds were comfortable and rooms are spacious. We enjoyed the pool as it was a warm time of year. I highly recommend this hotel and their staff!"
