Superb villa "feet in the water"

"Das Ferienhaus ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an einigen Stellen merkt man den Renovierungsbedarf, jedoch werden viele dieser Punkte durch die hervorragende Lage und die wunderschöne Aussicht wieder wettgemacht. Gerade der Ausblick und die Umgebung haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht.Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es einige technische Probleme. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir jedoch den Vermieter, der bei allen Anliegen stets erreichbar war und sich sehr bemüht hat, Probleme schnellstmöglich zu beheben.Wer ein modernes, perfekt ausgestattetes Haus erwartet, sollte wissen, dass das Objekt bereits etwas älter ist. Wer jedoch Wert auf die Lage, die Aussicht und einen engagierten Vermieter legt, kann hier trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub verbringen."

"We had a wonderful stay at this villa for a week. The house was very spacious, with a great layout and perfectly located rooms that made it comfortable for everyone. The pool was amazing and one of the highlights of our stay. There is also a very nice beach nearby, along with great local amenities. Communication with the host was excellent throughout — very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!"

"Uns empfing ein toller Ausblick auf das Meer und ein wunderschöner großer und sauberer Pool! Wir vermissten die Liebde zum Detail; die gesamte Einrichtung rekrutierte sich wahrscheinlich aus meheren länger zurück liegenden Haushaltsauflösungen. Kochfreunde werden wenig Begeisterung für die zwei kleinen Elektro-Kochfelder empfinden, es gelang es uns mindestens zwei Frühstückseier zu kochen. Es war im Prinzip alles nötige vorhanden, nur es fehlte an bequemer Gemütlichkeit."

"Parking is easy you can you choose inside or outside for free if there is parking. The only thing I had problem was the shower set up . It’s very uncomfortable and not safe if there is an elderly person. Over all I loved the place. "

"We had a lovely week at the villa. Likes: location, good local amenities and within easy reach of some stunning places. The villa had everything we needed. We had great weather. Dislikes: having to pay 15 euros per person for bedding, we only used one bed and had to make it ourself. Towels were 5 euros each towel on top of that. "

" Overall we had a pleasant stay — the campsite is clean and the facilities are good for families. However, we were quite surprised by a strange and outdated rule at the swimming pool: men are only allowed to wear tight-fitting swimwear, such as briefs or tight boxers. Regular swim shorts (including sport brands like Adidas, etc.) are not allowed. This rule supposedly exists for "hygiene" reasons, but it is applied only to men, which feels arbitrary and even discriminatory. Women are free to wear whatever swimwear they like, including ones they've used elsewhere. It would have been helpful to clearly state this rule during the booking process, as many guests were unaware and had to buy new swimwear just to access the pool. I hope the management will reconsider this policy or at least ensure equal and fair standards for all guests in the future "

"The room was clean but it was not speicified in the booking that toilets and showers are communal which was a problem. Breakfast did not have much choices."
