"The staff knew we came in from a long day of travel, he was extremely accommodating and helpful. We had some issues with the booking since we booked with a third party, however he was able to figure it out in a timely manner. He made the check-in process painless."

"Note: the executive stay hotels don’t have daily room service. Late check out is noon. This is outside a busy downtown bus stop with vagrants. Staff was very understanding despite Expedia misbooking the studio suite and bedroom suite. Apparently, Expedia needs to clarify this for bookings. Central location in downtown Pittsburgh, adjacent to the State Park and Market Square. About $15-$20 Uber/Lyfts to neighboring spots like the Strip, Oakland, and Lawrenceville. Somewhat walkable downtown but not many street level shops. A few city bike rental stops run through PBSC, though not very many across the city. Okay food scene, coming from SF/NYC."
