Location: Good location.
The room was excellent with a modern look, but the restaurants downstairs are very noisy almost all night.

Sweet dreams at Suite dreams

Posted 19-Oct-2016
Pros: Close to eateries. The supermarket was a short walk away.
Cons: Unless you were aware of it you could walk right past it because it shares its location with other hotels in an older style building.
Location: Location was about a 10 minute work from Rome Termini Station. The bus stop was the next street over to take you to the major tourist attractions.
A nice airy room. Modern fixtures through out. It also had windows to open if you wanted a bit of fresh air. Bathroom had overhead mirror lights so you could fix your makeup properly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Tea making facilities were welcomed and they gave us free bottled water. I would stay there again.

Great staff and comfortable room.

Posted 27-Sep-2016
Pros: The friendliness of the staff , the overall cleanliness of the facilities particularly our room.
Cons: Not with the hotel but ask the restaurant to do something about the state of their bins!
Location: Well situated with easy access to both buses and metro and within walking distance of some historic sites.
Really enjoyed our stay @ SuiteDreams. The staff were friendly, helpful and happy to make restaurant reservations for us. We ate in two of the restaurants on the hotel list and both provided good home made pasta. We had breakfast a couple of days on site and found the continental style fare very good. Another positive about the hotel was the proximity to bus stops and metro station and we were also able to walk to a number of the historic locations. The negatives were - noise from the restaurants below our room at night time and the dirty street ( due to restaurant bins) at the entrance to the hotel.

Great Place

Posted 21-Sep-2016
The hotel is located on a quiet street just next to via nazionale - great location for a tourist (you simply won't get lost as via nationals is one of the streets that everyone knows). The place is minutes from piazza republica and termini. Most of the other sites are within 35 minutes on foot. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. They seem to know exactly what you need and don't seem to mind answering the same stupid questions all tourists ask. The building has an elevator that goes right to your floor (not just to the second floor or one floor below your floor). If you arrive by car like we did, there is street parking to park and unload your luggage (I am not sure if you can park there overnight, but I think you can). Our room was small but very comfortable and clean, and modern (the toilet, shower, faucets, sink, lights - all worked very well), and the bed was comfortable and quiet (no squeaking when you turn over)! I think I will try to book this hotel the next time I go to Rome. Oh, there is a convenience store that is open late a few doors down where you can get water and other things without having to drag that stuff across town with you.

Cons: It's true that there's a restaurant below the hotel that turns into a nightclub on Saturday nights. It can get very loud.
Conveniently located, clean and modern furnishings, friendly hotel staff.

Pros:
Cons: wifi

Hotel sympathique

Great option in Republica area

Posted 11-Aug-2016
Great hotel, close to Main Street and metro station (walking) and Termini train station (taxi cheap if you have a lot of luggage and can't walk). 24 hour front desk which apparently is no longer a norm in Italy, friendly staff, comfortable and clean room. Small elevator, typical of Italy though. Booked for an extra night we needed in Rome--we were staying a block away at IG Suites--and wish we had our entire stay here. No breakfast in our package so can't comment on that. Would recommend!
