Excellent location, staff extremely helpful, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Great view looking onto the old Roman city wall.
Had to be careful with shower as went overly hot on occasion
Old world charm and very good manners by the staff. Breakfast was excellent. Air con most definitely needs replacing or major overhaul. Glad it was late October and not middle of Summer.
Great location for restaurants, shopping and close to several tourist attractions.
Bed and pillows rather hard.
Hair blower barely worked which was kind of a hassle. They need to upgrade a little on that stuff, but the
staff was very polite and helpful.
Overall, I would stay there again.
Excellent, especially the front line staff, very friendly and helpful. Our second time to stay there and will have no hesitation in recommending Hotel Victoria
The hotel staff were VERY helpful answering all our questions. This was our first time in Italy and they made us feel very welcome. The manager even recommended a local restaurant and then called ahead to let the restaurant know we were coming. He then called the restaurant again during our meal just to make sure everything was okay. Amazing!! We had the beat meal there of our entire Italy trip!
The Family Room was very nice. I especially loved the bathroom and it’s amenities. We enjoyed the rooftop bar as well, although pricey. The concierge was helpful in booking us car service to the airport. Other front desk staff and banquet staff working breakfast in particular were not so helpful. Location was great.
Excellent older hotel near the Borghese Gardens and Gallery, US Embassy and via Venito in the northern section of Rome. 15-20 minute walk to Colosseum older parts of Rome. When staying at the hotel check out the roof gardens for the views.
