Really enjoyed this hotel - shame that it’s in the middle of an area with some dodgy characters. The room we had was lovely and the reception staff very helpful - they allowed for us to have an early check for which we were very grateful. Breakfast was good and staff there were very good.

Excellent hotel if you’re transiting or traveling via Roma Termini. Lots of restaurants around. Super close to the station. Whilst rooms ares compact which is to be expected in a major city centre so close to the redolent station, the rooms are super clean, staff are excellent, water pressure amazing, what more can you ask for? Impressed and highly recommended.

I travel to 69 countries and I always stay in 4 hotels . This was not a 4 star hotel at all . The room smells nicotine mixed with mold . The corridor carpet is dirty , and the walls have concrete patches . The facade is all deteriorated . This hotel should be shut down by the health department.

Lovely hotel close to Roma Termini. Service and staff were kind, helpful and professional. Stayed for two nights when we arrived in Rome and then spent another night prior to our departure from Rome. The rooms were warm though, and the temperature was not self regulated. Would highly recommend this comfortable hotel and would absolutely stay there again.

Property was nice. Only thing what we would like to be as extra is possibility to open windows for fresh air. I think in Rome they do it differently .

Very nice staff, the room was very small, no parking near by, supposed to have a discounted rate for a garage not that close by however did not have a way to apply it prepare to pay full price.

The hotel is great. The area unfortunately is not the best - just like most downtown areas. Shady people on the streets, noisy at night and broken beer bottles and dog poop all over the roads To be fair again, the hotel is great, great staff, great breakfast. And also very convenient location. Just by termini station and walking distance to all the tourist locations

Good stay. Very clean hotel, quiet rooms, hot shower. Excellent location close to Roma Termini - the central train station in Rome. Kids say internet connection was a bit spotty in their room but I have found that to be the case at every hotel in Rome.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff where very helpful. Several restaurants nearby. Restaurante Rosy became a favorite for us. Hotel staff was anxious to serve us for any request we had.

Hotel was ok but not 4 star. Tired/old fashioned like a number of Rome hotels but when shower cabinet is broken a homemade replacement tube and shower curtain is not acceptable!

Very good hotel. Only thing weak about it was the Wi-Fi connection. Poor resolution taken to fix it, specially bad on the 1st floor up. Other than that I recommend it. Location was perfect.

So close to Rome Termini
Great proximity to the train station. Very small room but that is what I ordered! Good breakfast. Not to far to the Trevi Fountain and other main locations. Relatively safe area.

Great breakfast. We had a room in the annex which is down the street and in a different location. It’s like an old apartment building converted into a hotel where you go through several doors and small hallways. A little creepy but the room was very nice.

Probably a decent value but not exactly what I expected. A/C did not keep up with the Rome heat and staff was not always hospitable. This said, the location to the train station was excellent and I may stay there again due to price and prox to train station.

I sacrificed my entire non-refundable $3,300 reservation at Hotel Morgana to not stay at this property during my stay in Rome. The hotel location is very sketchy - not safe at all. Very dirty part of town where I wouldn't dare walk in the evening. The hotel itself is in dire need of maintenance- warm mini-fridge, peeling wallpaper, damaged walls, an TINY Rooms. I know this is Rome but we're talking MICROSCOPIC. The unhelpful and unfriendly staff at the front desk won't help you with anything (including finding a cab service, which they call "Tricky in Rome" and shrug their shoulders beyond that). This place's lobby is OK, but the rooms, location, and staff are in BAD shape. So bad that as I stated, I sacrificed my non-refundable $3,300 pre-payment to go stay at another property I found about 1 mile away that was not only cheaper, but was also cleaner, had more amenities, was a very nice & newly refinished facility, hd helpful staff, and a machine that called taxis for us. Hotel Morgana is a terrible joke you play on someone you hate and has the non-refundable fares to prove it. If you're sending your worst enemies or in-laws to Rome, I recommend Hotel Morgana.

This hotel says it has a “gym”. The gym is in a different hotel across the street. It doesn’t even have a single dumbbell. It has 1 multi use machine you cannot adjust and can only use one cardio machine at a time. It’s only open 8 hours per day. The rooms are TINY and not for more than 1 person. You can’t wash your hair in the shower without smacking your elbows on the walls. Don’t stay here.

We were assigned rooms in the annex down the street (separate building) On the good side: Convenient location near train station, Metro and bus stops. Bed was comfy, nice clean sheets. Big fluffy towels. Had all the basics you need for a city stay when the focus is the city, not the hotel. Staff helpful. Not so good: One room out of two was not prepared. Bathroom was tiny - get rid of the bidet! Shower cubicle tired, needed a good descale and deep clean. Room itself was also very small, very little space to put anything.

So this hotel stands out like a sore thimb in this area. It feels a little unsafe at nihgt as we were 2 girls alone but we got thru it. Its super close to bus station and metro when you get from airport to bus station you can walk tk this hotel in 5 minutes

The area doesn't feel very safe after dark. We were placed in an annex, not the main hotel. The AC didn't work. The bathroom had a random sewer odor. The buffet breakfast was decent.

The staff were helpful and the room was clean and well equipped. However our room wasn't in the hotel it was in a building down the road. This didn't feel as safe as staying in a hotel. The hotel was located very close the main train station and was only a 15/20 minute walk to the main bits.
