Bathroom was small. Bedding was poor and on last night only given one sheet on double bed with no duvet cover. Asked at reception and was told no duvet covers are used just sheets. Duvet itself was quite dirty. Staff were friendly but didn't go out of their way.. a budget hotel.with no frills. Location good for station and about 20 minute walk to Coloseum. This is a guest house not ahotel as advertised

There are no facilities in the hotel, I dont know how they have 3 stars, and I am suspicious if they have. Bed mattresses were to old so I was sinking. All the furniture were too old. We had no windows in the room. Toilet was too narrow, we didnt wanna take a shower. I know it is cheap but I would really prefer to spend 10-20 euros for a better hotel. But to be fair, room and sheets were clean. Area does not feel safe and it was not clean. But in terms of transportation, location was nice.

Very close to Termini, which is great. Clean, good room, not elevator so be prepared if you have a lot luggage. They have 24/7 counter staff but twice I had to wait about 10 minutes for them to buzz me in, they do not give you a key to the front door.

Overall stay was good. They even called taxi for us. Room was spacious for family. Main problem was the towels are not thoroughly cleaned. It has few stains which make you doubt it. Room was cleaned everyday too. Location from Roma Termini is quite a walk.

2 steps from Termini
Perfect for a one night stay if you have to be at Termini to get to the airport early. Otherwise for the price we would defenitly stay elsewhere because the neighborhood close to the train station is a little sketch. Regardless we felt safe at the hotel with its 24hr staff.

Hotel is clean and very responsive staff . There were homeless people on the street close to the hotel , although it’s very close to the termini station , I wouldn’t walk by myself when it’s dark

Great value for staying in Rome downtown. Walking distance (12-19 minutes) from some landmarks, super close to 24hr parking, Termini and food market. Very clean room, good bedsheets, conveniently dark and quiet bedrooms. No luxury- just a clean, safe and convenient place to stay in Rome. I recommend for couples, not so much for families.

The staff was great. The location is great. There is a park nearby with public fountains which make it easy to get water before or after leaving the hotel. It’s a short walk from the train station which can take you directly to the airport. The staff offered to store our luggage at no charge once we checked out. The only thing keeping me from rating the hotel at 5/5 was the water was slow to drain from the shower in our room. Great hotel at a reasonable price. Great service and location!

Good location: close to Termini train station and even closer to the bus terminal that can get us to/from the airport. Close to tour buses and some attraction. Friendly and helful staff like SzeSze (who got us a missing kettle from the room) and Ghazal. Bad: small room; fridge not working; not a real double-bed (two single-beds put side by side); safe not bolted down; bathroom one step higher (trip hazard for my wife getting up in the middle of night)

Location of property is fantastic for train travel, tough to check in as parking is around the corner and not identified as such. Small price to pay... would stay here AGAIN! 15 min walk to the coliseum. Great coffee and pasty place around the corner for bfast!

Only thing i have to complain about is that we were next to the check in desk and were woken by people coming in and they were right outside of our room having a drink so it was longer than i wanted to hear guests. Otherwise the whole experience was tip top! I reccomend. The room was fantastic and the proximity was exactly what We were looking for.

Pros: 1) paid only 5 euros for a very large and tasty breakfast (coffee, juice, egg, pastry, and sandwich) which was delivered to my room 2) very close to Termini station - about a 6 minute walk 3) staff is very attentive and helpful Cons 1) the area around the hotel is not very nice, I would not recommend walking around at night 2) staff is not present 24 hours

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff are excellent, especially Julia. Breakfast is fantastic and they bring it to your room at the time you specify. A C worked very well. The hotel is very close to everything, especially the main train station, but I dont recommend walking alone after 10 PM. They cleaned the room very well everyday. My only problem was that we had to check out early so we left our bags to see a big church. When we came back we asked to use the bathroom and they said it is for staff only. Not a nice attitude when you have children.

It was good overall. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They are the reason the hotel is as good as it is. The location is good, about a two minute walk from the east part of Termini. It’s close to many tourist areas of Rome, restaurants, shops, etc. Breakfast was nice and brought to the room every day. My main issues were the air conditioning and the noise. The air conditioner is hiding in a corner and doesn’t reach parts of the room, which is a small room to begin with so that shouldn’t be an issue. It was just me in the room, otherwise there is no way two people would be comfortable with the temperature of the room. They were also renovating the hotel while I was there. The noise was over the top, pretty much the entire time I was there. Granted, it was during the day and not at night but it went on past 7pm every day without notice.

Price was in line with my expectation...
A stone throw away from the train Central Train Station and a metro stop. Staff was friendly and rooms and bathroom was clean. You completed a sheet to select your breakfast which was delivered to your room each morning at the specific time you selected (spot on). The neighborhood where the hotel is a located looks a little run down compared to the other touristy areas in Italy, but was okay since we were out exploring for the most part. Wifi was better than some of the other hotels we stayed.
