The woman at the front desk was wonderful. Balcony off the room was very nice. Great hotel for in and out for the airport.

I experienced a significant inconvenience during my recent stay when I attempted to settle my dinner bill in cash. Despite my readiness to pay immediately, the waiter insisted on adding the charge to my room bill instead. Regrettably, an unexpected change in plans required me to check out a day early, during a time when I couldn't obtain a factura due to the absence of the necessary staff. Following my departure, I was surprised and disappointed by the hotel's approach to resolving the outstanding 35 euro charge. Rather than opting for a simple and customer-friendly solution, such as charging the amount to the credit card on file, I have faced undue pressure and threats of police involvement. This situation could have been easily avoided if my initial attempt to pay in cash had been accepted. I urge the hotel to consider customer convenience and satisfaction in handling such matters, and to promptly resolve this issue in a manner that reflects better on the hotel's commitment to service excellence

Great staff, but the restaurant dinner was terrible! Orders mixed up and a couple delayed more than 30min. Htl good; restaurant not so much; although breakfast was much better

Beautiful property! Such a relaxing place to spend our last night in Italy. Service and food in restaurant was great! The convenience of having a shuttle service to airport was so convenient and the driver was very friendly.

Good hotel to stay at if you're flying from Rome airport. They have a shuttle to and from the airport which was great. It is close to Ostia Antica which is certainly worth going to. 50ha of ruins to walk through. The hotel have a shuttle to take you there as well. Room was large and had a good sized balcony. Good restaurant and bar. as well.

We came by taxi so free parking did not apply to us. We love this hotel. We have recommended this hotel to friends and on Facebook. But The food was not very good. For dinner I had pizza. Thick crust pizza. Whattttt? My husband had Calamari and Shrimp fried. 4 tiny shrimp and calamari were chewy. I loved the autumn salad but the thick crust pizza….. We will stay at this lovely hotel again, but eat here? Not so sure.

The hotel was great. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel restaurant had unfriendly and slow staff. I ordered an appetizer and a main dish, and they brought it all out at the same time, which made my main dish get cold fast. Didn't react and completely ignored my complaint. Overall, the stay was great, but avoid the restaurant.

Solid Choice Near Airport
While the outside & lobby look beautiful, the rooms are basic, but it's just what's needed for an overnight before flying. Clean, quiet rooms with lovely breakfast. Close to airport with convenient shuttle service. Small beds, but the pillows are the most AMAZING pillows of all the hotels I've ever stayed in. Most hotels have those puffy pillows that look great, but as soon as your head lowers onto them, they flatten into pancakes! NOT these pillows! They are nice & firm.

Vintage look hotel, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the shutter bus to airport was very convenient. However the food in restaurant and breakfast is not very accommodating to veggies/vegan.

The overall property was beautiful. Wish I had a longer stay there and in the summer. The pool area was amazing. The rooms were very small but clean and adequate for a one night stay before a flight out.

The hotel was good overall. Nice room, friendly staff. But the heater does not work through the night. I set the heater to 23 C and after mid-night it stopped working. I woke up due to the cold and noticed to heater is set to 21 C. I tried to increase the temp, but it won't take it. It seems the panel purposely limit the high temperature at night.
