This is an older, smaller hotel close to the train station. I choose this place mostly due to it's close proximity to the train station since we had a late arrival into Rome. We only stayed here for two nights and I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer. The staff was very friendly. The room we stayed in was small and outdated but clean- absolutely nothing fancy. It was fine for what we needed.

The hotel is convenient because it’s just a walking distance to bus station and some of the tourist attractions. Also, there are lots of restaurants that u can choose to dine.

This is a pretty old facility shared with other hotel Lift will break any time Fan doesn’t work Shower is a joke Hot water may come at mercy Air conditioning can be controlled manually without remote One positive is location All that I cared But next time I won’t stay here

This is an older property and there were a few things that were less than ideal (mainly a few of our beds were a bit hard to sleep on and one of our power outlets was loose in the wall). Still, these inconveniences did not detract much from our overall stay. Hotel is two blocks away from the metro/bus station and all tour bus operators, has a decent selection of eateries around the area, a parking garage one block away, and friendly staff. Thank you!

This property is dated(old) and cramped, beds are hard, towels old, one actually ripped while using. If you don’t mind this, it’s a good value for the prime location.. however there are many other hotels near by.. A/C did not work.. it worked for us for only one night.. I suggest find another place if you’re staying longer…

The hotel was functional for site seeing. The staff serving breakfast were pleasant. Everything to do with this hotel was about saving money, The linen and towels were changed every 3 days due to ecological reasons but you can pay €2 for each extra towel you need. Breakfast was very limited to the extent that the staff handed it to you on a pre-prepared tray. 1 pastry 1 cup for a hot drink and 1 cup for a cold drink. You not allowed anything else extra. When i booked this hotel it stated on the hotel description it stated no pets. But we had barking from the room next to us and from a room 3 doors away. Would not book this hotel again.

This was convenient to train station and plenty of activities near by and we felt safe. Unfortunately, we found some bugs on 2 of the 3 beds, followed by confirmation of baby to adult sized bedbugs coming from behind the wall mounted headboard and outlet plugs. The staff seemed very new and still learning (along with a language barrier) so we were not able to communicate the issue.

Great location and easy access for budget travel
This is a good budget alternative for the economy minded traveler. The hotel staff and location are excellent for easy train entry into the city from the airport or outside of Rome. I would recommend to the staff that they use a capful of bleach in the wash water used for cleaning the shower. This would reduce the mold common in humid climates like Rome.

This property is where we stayed for 5 hours before our train to Florence. It did not feel very inviting, had a little scary feeling to it. The towels were not clean. But it did the job

The property from the outside looked disappointing. On entering my fears was confirmed. The reception was filled with boxes and looked very uninviting. The safe as stated in the room, was in fact in the reception with small boxes. Not safe for your valuables, and easy to get to if someone wanted to take your things. The room was not like the picture, and was dirty and mouldy. It smelt musty and the towels showed spiders had made a nest. The air condition did not work, and there was no tea or coffee facilities. The window was overlooking a courtyard full of rubbish. The bathroom, was mouldy, dirty tiles, floor was dirty, toilet seat broken, and no way of filling the sink if you wished to wash. Very outdated room, not like any of the pictures. Didnt feel safe or comfortable. The door to the room, had been forced and the lock wouldnt keep anyone out if pushed. Classico style more like a room that the down and outs of the city would stay.

The place was really disgusting. The beds and pillows were so old and grose and I suspect the beds had bed bugs. Do not recommend this place at all.

The only good thing I can mention about this hotel is the excellent location. On the other hand, the appearance of the bedrooms is not so beautiful. The mattress is so uncomfortable and hard. The sheets and quilt are very thin and you die of cold and doesn't sleeep.

The hotel has very nice staff. The young gentleman at the reception was very attentive and pleasant. Hotel itself was clean housekeeping came everyday and clean the room. Hotel location perfect for us we love walking so we went everywhere by foot also train station was 3 minutes away and that was absolutely perfect as we didn’t had walk with luggage far at all. For a 2 star hotel I have to say they do perfect if not exceptional. We definitely come back. My daughter and I loved it there.

The property is really close to Roma Termini. Room is clean. Good breakfast. The only negative is there is not enough hot water in the shower. It will last for about one to two person and water will start getting cold.

The place was ok but definitely needs updating. After awhile it feels comfortable but it kind of scared me on how run down it looked like. The lobby, room and elevator area. I was just happy I got my own bathroom. There was not enough light in the room and I kind of did not like how I had to leave the key all the time with the desk every time I left the place. Other than that the staff was nice and helpful. The bathroom looks clean but I was still worried that it was not. For a short stay it was good but next time probably choose a different area of Rome to stay in. Price is good for what it was.

The hotel was a little bit tatty around the edges, i.e. décor, but it was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly. A budget hotel is its description. A little way out from the main attractions 20 min walk to Trevi Fountain, 35 min Walk to Vatican. However, it is only 5 min walk from Termini Station and the airport shuttle bus stop. The walking proved to be an advantage because you come across some great gems you might otherwise miss nearer the centre of town. Overall recommended for a great budget holiday.

Easy Stay Centre Rome
Fabulous little 2 star Hotel. Everything was clean, secure, friendly staff, breakfast was great. A few fixtures in the room needed attention but other than that it was ideal for the price in the centre of Rome! 24hour checkin we arrived 15mins to midnight from the airport with no problems! Would stay again.

The a/c was lacking. The walls had strange markings on it. There was hair on the floors. When I asked about the airport shuttle they advertise, the man at the front desk shrugged his shoulders and said taxi. If they don't offer the shuttle, they shouldn't advertise they do. Not the cleanest place and therefore feel they charge too much.
